The documentary
Three breweries, the people who run them and a journey into Italy’s craft beer culture.
Two presenters travel across Italy to meet brewers, explore different regions and follow the daily work behind a craft beer. Each stop starts with a tasting and leads to the stories, choices and ideas that have helped Italy’s craft brewing movement grow.
The journey takes in three breweries and puts centre stage the personal and professional experiences of those who turn raw materials, skills and local identity into something to share.
